Sahar El Aid, an engineering student in the part-time program at SESAME University, had the opportunity to take part in the Work-Study Program — a unique experience that allowed her to combine academic learning with hands-on professional immersion within one of our partner companies.
Throughout this journey, Sahar was able to develop practical skills directly aligned with labor market needs, strengthen her communication and networking abilities, and, most importantly, gain confidence in herself.
