As part of the SESAME Talent Development & Coaching Program, SESAME University was honored to welcome Dr. Kais GANNOUNI, Co-founder of the Excellencia International Institute, for a keynote conference dedicated to talent development and coaching.
This session offered our students a deep dive into the core competencies required to build a solid and ambitious professional career. Through an approach that was both strategic and human-centric, Dr. Kais GANNOUNI highlighted the vital importance of self-awareness, personal leadership, effective communication, and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
